Presentation: What's Happening in Music? (Asst. Prof. Dr. Pınar Beşevli) - 08.06.2022
Asst. Prof. Dr. Pınar Beşevli from the Musicology Department delivered a presentation titled “What's Happening in Music: The Effects of Contemporary Industrial Developments on Music Technologies” on 8 June 2022 at the Concert Hall of the OMU State Conservatory, as part of the OMU Musicology Society’s activities.
The event began with an opening speech by Asst. Prof. Dr. Fulya Açıksöz, Academic Supervisor of the OMU Musicology Society. The Conservatory Director, Prof. Dr. Ferit Bulut, faculty members, and students attended the presentation. Beşevli illustrated the latest technological developments in music with visual and auditory examples. At the end of the session, Conservatory Director Prof. Dr. Ferit Bulut thanked Beşevli for her presentation and presented a sapling certificate.
