Seminar within Erasmus+ Project (Asst. Prof. Dr. Fulya AÇIKSÖZ) - 2-6 May 2023
Asst. Prof. Dr. Fulya AÇIKSÖZ from the General Musicology Department of OMU State Conservatory participated in the Erasmus+ Project “Teaching Mobility” between 2–6 May 2023 in Barcelona, Spain.
She gave seminars titled “Music Genres in Turkey from Past to Present” (Geçmişten Günümüze Türkiye’de Müzik Türleri), “Cultural and Musical Elements of Popular Music in Turkey” (Türkiye’de Popüler Müziğin Kültürel ve Müzikal Elementleri), and “Roma Music in Turkey” (Türkiye’de Roman Müziği) at the Musicology Department of Catalonia College of Music (Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya [ESMUC]). AÇIKSÖZ met with the department’s students in the classes of Prof. Marc Heilbron, Prof. Gianni Ginesi, and Prof. Rolf Backer.
