Seminar: The Cinema and Music - 18.10.2022
Asst. Prof. Dr. Filiz Erdoğan Tuğran from the Faculty of Communication delivered a seminar titled “The Cinema and Music” on 18 October 2022 at the Conference Hall of OMU State Conservatory.
The seminar was part of the course “MZB107 Interdisciplinary Music I” in the curriculum of the Piano, Harp, and Guitar Art Major. Following the opening speech by our Head of the Music Department, Assoc. Prof. Fatih Akbulut, Tuğran presented the role, importance, and usage of music throughout the history of cinema, illustrated with film examples.
