Duty, authority and responsibilities
Conservatory Secretary Fulfills articles of 2547 numbered Higher Education Law. Ensures that the administrative units in the conservatory work properly and in line with the legislation. Provides the necessary information to the upper authorities when the conservatory is asked to carry out all administrative affairs inside and outside the university. Refers the personnel to be assigned to the administrative organization of the Conservatory to the Director of Conservatory. Ensures that internal and external correspondences are carried out. Prepares and announces the agenda of the Conservatory Board and Administrative Board to whom it may concern. Ensures that decisions and minutes are prepared and implemented. Ensures that the buildings and facilities to be kept in use; follows the necessary maintenance and repair works; heating, lighting, cleaning, etc. Ensures that the periodical maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment used in education and training activities and management duties are done. İnforms about announcements and announcements. Provides the compilation and updating of statistics about the conservatory. Certifies official documents. Arranges documents to be picked up and archived. Manages units like library to be work properly, and supplying and using all the materials and inventory. Helps to provide the necessary social services to the students The Conservatory assists in the preparation of the activity report and the Strategic Plan. Ensures that the academic staff of the Conservatory will be informed of the results of the examinations and their results. Makes the necessary warnings for the extension of the duty of the Academic Staff and ensures that they are fulfilled on time. Followes practices regarding the rights of the personnel of the conservatory. Helps to take security precautions when necessary. Supervises the duties and affairs of the administrative staff and ensures that they are trained. Informs the administrative staff and students about the legislation. Executes the registration procedures of the administrative staff. Prepares administrative and financial affairs documents and all kinds of documents from all departments. Executes financial affairs as Realization Officer pursuant to Article 33 of Law 5018. Ensures the formation and maintenance of personnel's personal files. Plans permits of the staff and follow legal procedures by following the health reports. Directs the petitions from the students and the staff to the relevant places. Takes care of public relations. Takes responsibility at seminar and congress works. Makes other duties to be given to the directorate.
